ZRJ High Shear Emulsifier
Introduction
ZRJ high shear emulsifier is typically designed adopting imported advanced technologies to meet the demand of cosmetics and ointment manufacturing process. It is mainly composed of pretreatment boiler, vacuum emulsification blending boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, pouring-out system, electrocontrol system and worktable. Such vacuum emulsifying machine is suitable for making cream products in cosmetic factory and medicine factory, especially for emulsifying materials of high solid content and viscosity.
Application
This high shear emulsifier can be used in such industries as adhesive, painting, cosmetics, foodstuff, pharmaceutical, plastic resin, printing and dyeing, ink and pitch.
