Eye Drops Filling Machine

The eye drops filling machine contains several steps as follow:
1.Entering: Place the unfilled bottle on the turn plate by workers and then into the conveyer belt.
2.Checking: Check if there is any empty bottle on the turn plate by photoelectric sensor, then send the checking signal to computer in order to decide where the empty bottle is and fill the eye drops into it.
3.Filling: If a bottle is checked, then use PLC to control the filling mouth into the bottle and fill it on the eye drops filling production line.
4.Inner Cork Checking: Check if there’s an inner cork in each bottle.
5.Outer Cover Placing: Place the outer cover on the bottle and screw it by swing arm.
6.Outer Cover Screwing: The eye drops filling machine control torsion and rotational speed by servo motor. This can make sure the cover tightened and the tightness of each bottles same.
7.Output: Send the finished bottles out of the conveyer belt.
8.Labeling: Send bottles into labeling machine through the conveyer belt.
9.Collecting: The final finished bottles will be sent out to the collecting turn plate.
