1.This fully automatic capsule packing machine is designed to be small volume, low energy consumption, easy in mould replacement and cleaning, and convenient to operate. It adopts with Ferguson drive, low vibration. It makes noise below 75dB while run at a high speed, dose difference controlled within ±3%.

3.The rotary piping of machine is totally enclosed, provides better lubrication, and no grease on working table that can avoid cross contamination with capsules.
4.Sideboard is placed around the dose disc, this can recycle the Las Vegas powder from dose disc with another pipe and put them into use again, meanwhile, this also cleans the dust on working table.
5.This fully automatic capsule packing machine adopts with Germany Siemens interface and PLC controller, it could display the output per minute, total output and dynamic empty capsule and powder state on the LCD screen. The machine can also alarm when out of capsule and automatically shut down when out of powder. And it will notice you after failure diagnosis.
