Description of Syrup Production Line:
The SD-QGF-140 syrup production line is a kind of filling and lid-revolving machine composed of bottle-setting machine, wind-blowing equipment, eight-head filling machinery and loid-revolving machine.
This machine can also conect with other machine to form a whole line, such as auto-label-attaching machine, box-sealing equipment and so on.
It can be equipped with 6,8,10 straight-line-filling heads with the GMP standar.
It is the most ideal one of produce syrup and nutrition liquid equipments at present.

Characteristics of Syrup Production Line:
1. For the bottle-blowing machine, it can be dust-absorbing and dust-collecting free. So it doesn's pollute the environment , and can blow the bottle clean .
2. The filling and lid-revolving heads can use as you need for producing requirement of different output .
3. The part which touches the medicine liquid is made of 316L stainless steel completely, meeting the requirement of GMP.
4. Regarding the lid-revolving, it is using the style of magnetic force ,so it doesn's hurt the lid ,and the lid will not lose .
5. PLC controled , it can be operated alone and can also be connected to operated.
