Automatic Monoblock Filler Capper
Description:
The YG8/2 automatic monoblock filler capper is a kind of volumetric inline filling and capping machine that is new generation utility product, developed from most advanced technology to suit to market demand. This equipment uses SS316L volumetric injection pump, it can be cap orienting and capping automatically. This automatic monoblock filler capper is widely applied to liquid packing such the aerial as pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff, cosmetic etc, with GMP certified.
Characteristic:
1. Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill with high precision, and also the pump is demountable that can be easy knock-down, allowing the machine filling various viscosities liquid and convenient to clean and sterilize.
2. Regarding the piston ring of the volumetric injection pump, we adopt different material such as silicone, polyclone, and ceramic material according to liquid characteristic.
3. PLC controlled
4. Frequency conversion motor that can adjusting speed with high degree automatic.
5. The machine can stop filling if there is no bottle, and auto count the quantity.
6. Filling quantity of all pumps is adjustable, easy and quick for operate.
7. Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak. Bottom diving fill, no foam.
8. Meets with the requirements of GMP.
