Description:
This 3-5 gallon barreled water production line (barreled water filling line) filling line type QGF is specially designed for producing 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water, like pure water or mineral water. This line is mainly composed of bottle washer, filler and sealer, so it is also called 3-in-1 unit machine in general parlance.
Regarding the bottle washer (rinsing machine), it can finish washing and sterilizing together, by means of multiple injections of water and disinfectant liquid circularly. And the disinfectant liquid can cycle use.
Regarding the barrel sealer, it can seal cap automatically, and there is water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles, which can ensure the cap of aseptic and healthy.
The whole line is with the function of automatic barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging. It is a kind of line with the feature of integrating mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.
