Linear Filling Machine
Description:
This AGF linear filling machine is a kind of automatic gravity liquid packing equipment that is suitable for pharmacetical, foodstuff, pesticide, chemical industry. Prodcuts that is easy sparkling (foam liquid, or bubble products) such as soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, medicine liquid can use this machine.
Feature
1. Meet with the equirements of GMP.
2. Logic PLC controlled with 6" LCD touch screen systtem (English-Chinese interface).
3. Adopt imported quantity filling valve that avoids drop leaking.
4. The machine can stop filling if there is no bottle, and auto count the quantity.
5. Pneumatic components are all imported with stability and relibility.
6. Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill with high precision, and also the pump is demountable that can be easy knock-down, allowing the machine filling various viscosities liquid and convenient to clean and sterilize.
7. The lifting device is solely and specially-designed, suitable for packing of all sizes of bottles.
